 The 2019 Pinot Blanc Wehlener Klosterberg *Deep, pure, fresh and intense, the initial lemony aroma completely changes with the air. After opening the bottle for a while (about 30 minutes), there is a bright fresh but intense and rich aroma of ripe white fruits and a very elegant stone minerality. Full-bodied, silky, like surrounded by fresh minerals, with aromas of tropical fruit (pineapple), this is a rich and full Pinot Blanc, crystal clear, with very fine tannins, the essence of minerality leads at the same time There's a little citrus salsa aftertaste, and some persistent saltiness and lovely grapefruit bitterness. This is a very impressive, well-structured and coveted Pinot Blanc. Highly recommended!
