Chateau Pavie
2017 is a deep garnet red, slowly exuding increasingly intense aromas of black
forest cake, candied black plum, candied blueberry and fruit cake, with hints
of melted chocolate, licorice, and Indian spice with a hint of violet. Full-bodied and powerful, with layers of vibrant black and blue fruit. Fresh and very mature. Velvety tannins, fine and silky. A very fine chalky minerality pervades the finish, giving it a sense of elegance and sophistication.
