 Description/Tasting Notes :

Blackberries, black walnuts and black cherries, and long tannins. With some smoky wood, wood tannins...even black truffle. It is full-bodied, persistent and growing on the palate. Felt a lot of wet soil and black olives at the end, as well as porcini mushrooms. This wine needs time to soften, so it is recommended to decanter the wine for two hours before enjoying it.
